The final approval, rejection, or delay of any visa application rests entirely at the absolute discretion of the respective country’s embassy, high commission, or consulate. One World Consulting does not issue visas, nor do we have any influence over the decision-making process of foreign governments.

2. Your Responsibilities as a User

A successful visa application is built on teamwork, transparency, and truth. To ensure we can provide you with the best possible service, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Accuracy of Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding your identity, travel history, financial status, and educational background.
Genuine Documentation: You are solely responsible for the authenticity of every document you submit to us. Supplying fraudulent, forged, or altered documents (such as fake bank statements or fabricated degree certificates) is a severe legal offense. We will immediately terminate our services if we suspect any document is not genuine.
Timely Submissions: Visa processing is highly time-sensitive. You agree to provide all requested documents and information within the timeframes we specify so we can meet embassy deadlines.
Compliance: You agree to abide by the immigration rules, laws, and regulations of the country you intend to visit.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

We believe that professional guidance shouldn’t break the bank, which is why we offer our services at affordable and nominal prices.

Service Charges: Our consultancy fees cover the time, expertise, and administrative effort required to assess your profile, prepare your file, and guide you through the application process. These fees are entirely separate from any official visa fees charged by the embassy or biometrics centers.
Payment Schedule: All consultancy fees must be paid in full before we initiate the final processing and submission of your application, unless an alternative payment plan is explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Refund Policy: Because our fees compensate us for the advisory work, document preparation, and administrative labor performed prior to the embassy’s decision, our consultancy fees are non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether your visa is approved, delayed, or rejected by the embassy, or if you decide to withdraw your application after we have begun our work.

4. The “No Guarantee” Clause

We approach every application with dedication and a high standard of professional care. However, immigration policies are strict, subjective, and subject to change without notice. Therefore, One World Consulting cannot and does not guarantee the successful outcome of any visa application.

By using our study visa consultancy or tourist visa assistance, you acknowledge that a visa rejection is a possibility and that One World Consulting cannot be held financially or legally responsible for a negative outcome.

5. Limitation of Liability

International travel involves many moving parts. While we strive for perfection in our consultancy, One World Consulting, its owners, and its employees shall not be held liable for:

Embassy Decisions: Any visa refusal, cancellation, or administrative delay caused by the immigration authorities.
Financial Losses: Any loss of funds related to non-refundable flight tickets, hotel bookings, university tuition deposits, or travel insurance caused by a delayed or rejected visa. We strongly advise against making non-refundable travel arrangements until you have your physical visa in hand.
External Errors: Mistakes made by third-party courier services, postal delays, or technical glitches on official government immigration portals.

In any event, our maximum liability to you for any error or omission on our part will be strictly limited to the amount of the consultancy fee you paid directly to One World Consulting.

6. Third-Party Involvement

During the visa process, you will inevitably interact with independent third parties. These include official embassies, consulates, visa application centers (such as VFS Global or TLScontact), medical examiners, and language testing facilities.

One World Consulting has no control over the operations, scheduling availability, portal functionality, or customer service of these external entities. Any disputes regarding the services of these third parties must be taken up directly with them.

7. Intellectual Property

Everything you see on owcinternational.com—including our logo, text, graphics, website design, and proprietary application checklists—is the exclusive intellectual property of One World Consulting. You are welcome to use our website to gather information for your personal visa journey. However, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate our working relationship with any client under the following circumstances:

If you provide false, misleading, or forged documentation.
If you engage in aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.
If you fail to pay the agreed-upon consultancy fees.
If we determine that your intended travel violates international laws or immigration protocols.

In the event of termination due to client misconduct or fraud, no refunds will be issued.
