Our goal is to protect your interests while also ensuring that our team is fairly compensated for the dedicated time and expertise they invest in your application.

1. Service Nature Clarification

Before discussing refunds, it is important to understand the nature of what we do. One World Consulting provides professional visa consultancy services. When you pay our nominal service charges, you are compensating us for our time, our industry knowledge, document assessment, application preparation, and continuous guidance.

We do not sell visas, nor do we issue them. Therefore, our fees are strictly for the advisory work and administrative labor we perform on your behalf, independent of the final decision made by the immigration authorities.

2. Refund Eligibility

We are committed to ethical business practices. There are specific, fair scenarios where you are entirely eligible for a full refund of our consultancy fees:

  • Duplicate Payments: If a technical glitch or banking error causes you to be charged twice for the same service, we will immediately refund the duplicate amount.

  • Service Not Yet Commenced: If you have paid our fee but change your mind before our team has initiated any work on your profile—meaning we have not yet conducted a profile assessment, shared document checklists, or started filling out forms—you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Because our business model relies on the immediate allocation of our experts’ time and resources once a client signs up, there are several situations where our fees are strictly non-refundable:

  • Once the Process Has Started: As soon as we begin reviewing your documents, providing tailored advice, or drafting your application, our service has actively commenced. At this point, the consultancy fee cannot be refunded, even if you decide to abandon the process.

  • Government and Embassy Fees: Any fees paid directly to embassies, consulates, high commissions, or third-party biometrics centers (like VFS Global) are entirely beyond our control. These entities have their own strict no-refund policies, and One World Consulting cannot refund money that has been remitted to a foreign government.

  • Visa Rejection Cases: Whether you are utilizing our tourist visa assistance or our study visa consultancy, the ultimate decision to grant or deny a visa rests entirely with the embassy’s visa officer. Because we have fully delivered our preparation and processing services up to the point of submission, we cannot offer refunds in the event of a visa refusal.

  • Delays Due to the Client: If your application stalls or misses an intake deadline because you failed to provide necessary documents, submitted fraudulent paperwork, or stopped communicating with our team, the fees paid for the service remain non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans change. If you need to cancel your engagement with One World Consulting, we ask that you notify us immediately in writing.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and no work has been initiated, your cancellation will be processed, and a full refund will be issued.

  • If you choose to cancel after we have provided initial consultations, shared our proprietary checklists, or begun file preparation, the cancellation will be accepted, but no refund will be provided for the services already rendered.

5. Partial Refunds

We believe in being reasonable and human-focused. In rare, exceptional circumstances—such as a severe medical emergency that forces you to halt your travel plans shortly after we have started your file but before major processing has occurred—we may evaluate your situation.

At our sole discretion, we may offer a partial refund that subtracts the value of the labor hours already spent on your case. These situations are evaluated on a strict case-by-case basis.

6. Processing Time

We respect your money and your time. Once a refund request is approved by our management team, please allow 7 to 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. The exact timing depends largely on your bank or credit card provider’s processing speeds.

7. Payment Methods

To prevent financial fraud and comply with standard banking regulations, all approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. For example, if you paid via a specific credit card or UPI ID, the refund will be routed back to that exact same card or account. We cannot issue refunds in cash or transfer funds to a different person’s bank account.

8. Company Rights

One World Consulting reserves the right to evaluate, approve, or decline any refund or cancellation request based on the specific facts of the case and the guidelines set forth in this policy. We pledge to conduct these evaluations fairly, consistently, and with common sense.
